Developed in France, the Origin cast iron cylinder kit can be fitted to all vehicles equipped with a Derbi Euro 2 engine.
Doppler has developed this engine for daily use, it is approved for road use (49/9).
It features a 3-light booster exhaust and a modified transfer system (modified scavenging for reduced dead volume).
Dopplers knowledge has made it possible to increase the engines torque without altering its power at high rpm.
The tuning is simplified and the assembly is faster.
Composition of the thermal unit :
- 1 Cast iron cylinder 5 transfers Ø39.91 with boosters
- 1 complete VERTEX piston (pin + clips + 2 rings)
- Aluminium bi-hemispherical cylinder head
- 1 complete gasket set for cylinder kit
